“We were nervous going into this 6 months ago that we wouldn't be taken seriously as young, first-time home buyers. We knew nothing about buying a home and hadn't even talked to a lender yet. We did not have any real estate agent connections so we asked Zillow to match us up with one and WOW did we get lucky getting her as our first agent! We felt heard the entire time and she was more than willing to answer any and all questions we had at any time, day or night. She really did treat us like family the whole time. She was professional and knowledgeable and even pointed out things we didn't notice or think about to help us get our perfect home. There were many points in the journey where I wanted to give up and just rent forever but she assured me it would be worth it to keep trying and keep my eyes on the prize and she was right. We visited probably over 50 homes with her and even in the end, she was cheerful and excited to see us every time. She was such a blessing to have during the closing process and she never made me feel like I had to do anything alone. She made the process so much less stressful and I can never thank her enough for that. She was extremely accommodating to our schedules and was always willing to work around to find time to see a home or have a conversation. She lives in the area and is an expert in navigating Orlando and the surrounding cities with ease. We felt well-represented, supported, educated, and confident in our decisions with her at all times. We closed on our home yesterday and even during the closing she was double checking everything was 100% correct on paper and calling our lender for anything that was incorrect or questionable to get an answer ASAP. Jessica is the best. Me and my wife were first-time homebuyers who had a lot of questions along the way. Jessica was able to hold our hand throughout the entire process, as she was always available to answer questions we had along the way. We did not feel pressured to purchase or go with any of the properties she showed us and she seemed to always give her genuine opinion of the locations. If she did not know the answer to a question she had a reference to an expert who did which we really appreciated. Whether it was looking at homes during our lunch break or on a weekend Jessica made herself available and worked around our schedule which we greatly appreciated.

Could not imagine going through our first property purchase with anyone besides Jessica. Having her knowledge as a resource on everything from what to look for in building material types, to structuring a winning offer, to sourcing our entire team (lender, attorney, inspector) felt like a super power throughout the process. I can't even begin to explain how amazing Jessica is! My husband and I were buying our first home and Jessica made the buying process so easy. As I do not live in the Chicago area, she would often look at places for me. I fully trusted her opinions. She is well versed in the market, pricing, areas and which are the good properties and which are the ones to skip. She is able to look at a unit and immediately see problems. She is responsive, follows up and goes out of her way (even on weekends and after hours) for her clients.
